Project N95 can only accept returns of defective merchandise. If the customer wishes to request a refund for defective merchandise, Project N95 must receive this request within the first 5 business days after the customer receives this product. Project N95 will provide no refunds for requests received outside of this time frame, or for open or used products.
Project N95 allows a one-hour grace period after ordering during which the customer can cancel their order, penalty free. Once this period has expired, orders may only be canceled by customer support, and there is no guarantee that it will be possible to cancel your order. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact Customer Support. If this change is possible, we will facilitate it for you.
Project N95 is unable to accept returns of open product for fit reasons. The purchase of a product that does not fit you does not mean that the product is defective. Refunds are not required for size or fit issues. We understand that fit is highly individual and that it is frustrating to purchase respiratory protection that ultimately does not work for you, but unfortunately, open inventory cannot be taken back.
